Austin Uht is our member of the month! This dude is an all-around good guy with the best attitude.
Austin loves to party, go to concerts, play some golf, and throw down at the gym. He has a great work ethic that we see inside and outside of the gym. He goes to school, he works early in the morning at a physically demanding job that requires him to go up and down ladders many days a week, and he still finds time to come into the gym and get the work in to be a healthier human.
From the time that Austin first came to the gym to now, he has improved his strength with a barbell, his movements on a Pull Up Bar, and his capacity in all cardio exercises. Everyone loves this guy, and how can you not, he never stops smiling and having a good time. Austin has been such a great addition to our gym and we hope he never leaves :) Congrats Austin! You're the man!

What were you doing before for fitness?
I was playing golf Wednesdays and Saturdays.
What was your first workout?

First reaction to your first workout?
I didn't think I could complete the workout and I didn't finish within the time limit.
What improvements have you seen in the way you look, feel and perform?
Looking back I would struggle with workouts and now I feel I am equipped to take on the challenge!
What days and times do you come to Croga?
Depends if I'm taking an afternoon siesta or not but shoutout to 3:30 and 4:30.

What do you love about this type of fitness?
It's the simplicity of it. I love the fact I don't have to do much thinking. I show up there's a workout on the board and someone to guide you!
What words of advice do you have for new members or people considering joining Croga?
Be consistent. Complete the workout. Scaling is how you get to where you wanna be!
