Fernando is the Member of the Month! If you haven't met Fernando that is because you are not at the gym between 5 and 6 am. Fernando is one of the crazy people that wakes up hours before the rest of us and gets his workout done.
Fernando has been one of the most consistent members that we have had ever since he joined us. He comes in at 5 am with the energy of someone waking up at 9 or 10 am. Fernando is encouraging to everyone and likes to keep things positive. Being a Chicago sports fan, he has needed to learn how to stay positive in his life.
Fernando will do anything you ask him to regarding movements, cues, and workouts. He is a great guy!

What words of advice do you have for new members or people considering joining Croga?
Take your time and do what your body can handle
