Katie has been with us for a few years now and having her as a consistent presence in our AM classes brings a lot of smiles, laughs and fun regularly. Katie is very well versed in movement, anatomy, and coaching, but she's also a very good listener and implementer (is that a word?) when she receives feedback from a coach, which make for a wonderful coach/athlete relationship and also makes her a very good example for all our athletes, seasoned or new to the box. And to top it all off, she's always happy to be at the gym and be a part of this awesome community, always welcoming and smiling with new friends.
Please join us in honoring Katie this month as our Member of the Month for August! It is a pleasure having you at Croga and we look forward to having you in class for years to come.
