Lan-Anh is your member of the month for July! Most of you know Lan-Anh from the 6 am morning class or the 6:30 pm Powerlifting class. She is well known for having great shirts and being really strong. If you know Lan-Anh you know that she is a big fan of the heavy lifts, and it makes sense since she is good at them. Lan-Anh is really strong and continues getting stronger and stronger as time goes on. Lan-Anh is one of the nicest people you will meet and is someone you want as a friend. She is someone that goes out of her way to make people feel welcome. If you haven't met Lan-Anh you are missing out and you should. Congrats Lan-Anh, you deserve it!
When did you join Croga?
What were you doing before for fitness?
I was doing Mai Thai, gym and rock climbing.
What was your first workout? The first reaction to your first workout?
Kettlebells?!? Love it…then the running, hate it.
What improvements have you seen in the way you look, feel, and perform?
Being able to lift heavier like I am back in my 20’s,
What days and times do you come to Croga?
I attend 3 times a week. Tuesday 6 AM, Wednesday 6 PM Powerlifting, Thursday 6 AM
What's your favorite WOD?
Anything related to thigh/leg days.
What's your least favorite WOD?
"The Lan-Anh" WOD! What would it be?

What’s your favorite post-workout routine?
Stretching on a roller and enjoying a smoothie (blending peanut butter, a handful of Spinach, 1/2C frozen berry, and 8oz of almond milk)
What's been your favorite culinary discovery since joining Croga?
What's your biggest fitness goal for this year?
To keep pushing my limit on how heavy I can lift.
What do you love about this type of fitness?
Good environment and being around good people.
What words of advice do you have for new members or people considering joining Croga?
Time is not a constraint. It is how well you do it and keep at it.
