Natalee is our member of the month! Natalee is a 5 am regular and is such a great person to have in class first thing in the morning.

No matter what the workout is, you won't hear any complaining from Natalee. She just does her work, and she does it with a great attitude!

Recently she decided she wants to get stronger, which is so awesome! Since she made that decision, Natalee has been putting in the work! Lifting heavier than she ever has before and pushing herself in every workout she comes to. She's PR-ed almost everything lately. All while being a student!

It's great to see a young person take what they do in and outside the gym seriously. Natalee is an outstanding member and an even better person.

When did you join Croga?
May of 2022

What were you doing before for fitness?
In high school, I played volleyball and I threw shot put and discus. Was I good? Nope

First reaction to your first workout?
I don't remember my first workout but I know that once I finished, I knew I made the right decision to join Croga.

What improvements have you seen in the way you look, feel and perform?
I have definitely seen the progress of getting stronger. I still surprise myself when Ari tells me to use more weight and I’m able to complete the workout.

What days and times do you come to Croga?
I'm a part of the “different” crowd so I come at 5 am. I fluctuate between days but I’m trying to prioritize Thursdays so I don’t get yelled at by Ari.

What's your least favorite WOD?
Being on the bike for longer than 2 minutes at a time. I’m still trying to befriend the bike.

What’s your favorite post-workout routine?
If I get up at 5 am on my days off, I love to go home, shower, and then go to sleep.

What's your biggest fitness goal for this year?
Getting stronger physically but most importantly, mentally. I love being pushed by my coaches and classmates when I start doubting myself or wanting to give up.

What do you love about this type of fitness?
I love not needing to come up with my workouts. I just come in and start.
