About Coach

Kelly Musgrave can’t remember a time when she didn’t participate in team sports. Kelly has played competitive soccer and softball since she was four years old. She graduated cum laude in 3.5 years from San Jose State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She has dedicated her professional career to the tech public relations industry and is extremely proud of her nerdy tendencies. Kelly was introduced to CrossFit by David in 2010 and never looked back at her old Globo gym ways. She constantly looks for ways to push her fitness: Races, triathlons, cycling, and yoga. Kelly is a General CrossFit, Mobility, and Rebelle Fitness coach. In 2012, Kelly created Rebelle Fitness, the women’s only strength and conditioning program at Croga CrossFit.
