Our Start-Up program consists of (3) 1-hour Personal Training sessions where your coach will teach you all the fundamental movements and give you the base knowledge necessary to be successful in our Croga Fitness group classes and on your fitness journey.
In each 1-hour session, your coach will take you through a handful of movements, teaching you the basics and focusing on making sure you understand the proper technique so you can be safe and successful long into the future.
You will also spend some time learning about how at Croga our focus is on well-rounded health and fitness and how nutrition, stretching, sleep, and stress reduction all play into us helping you reach your short and long-term goals.
Finally, at the end of each session, you will complete a full Croga Fitness workout, modified as needed to your current fitness level. So please come to Start-Up eady to learn, move, and sweat!
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. Croga Fitness is located and easily accessible from all of San Jose.
